Rough clean, final clean, or both.
Many builders book two visits. The first clears heavy dust and debris while trades are still finishing. The second is the detailed final clean, done after painters and installers are out, so it stays clean for the handover.
- Single final clean for smaller jobs
- Phased cleans across multi-unit projects
- Return visits for punch-list touch-ups
From quote to walkthrough
Walk or send photos
We look at the space, the square footage, and how much dust and debris is left.
Rough or final clean
Heavy dust and debris first, then a detailed final clean once trades are out.
Punch-list touch-ups
Trades come back and leave marks. We return to touch up before handover.
Final walkthrough
We go through it with you or your client and fix anything that needs it.
Post-Construction Cleaning questions
How long does a post-construction clean take?
It depends on the square footage and how much dust is left. A small remodel can take part of a day. A full new build takes longer and may need a crew. We will give you a time estimate with the quote.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove small debris and packaging as part of cleaning. Large debris, lumber, drywall scraps, and dumpster hauling should be handled by your crew before we arrive.
Can you clean in phases?
Yes. A rough clean while trades are finishing, then a final clean after they leave, is common. We can also come back for touch-ups before closing.
Should we clean before or after painting and flooring?
Final cleaning goes after painting, flooring, and fixtures are installed. If dust is a problem earlier, a rough clean can help, but the final clean should be last.
How do you price post-construction cleaning?
By the size of the space and the condition it is in. Send photos or let us walk it, and we will quote the job. There are no contracts.
