Magic Fresh Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Chicagoland area, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, office cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. The specific services provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
All prices quoted — whether through our website, AI chat, over the phone, or by email — are estimates only and are not binding. Final pricing is determined based on the actual condition, size, and scope of the property at the time of service. Magic Fresh reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work materially differs from what was described at the time of booking. You will be notified of any price adjustment before work begins.
Price estimates provided by our AI Chat feature are approximate ranges based on typical jobs and are not binding quotes. Contact us directly for an accurate, confirmed price.
Bookings are confirmed only when Magic Fresh contacts you (by phone, SMS, or email) with a confirmation. Submitting a quote request online does not guarantee availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested date and time.
Magic Fresh does not require long-term contracts. You may cancel or reschedule any individual appointment without penalty, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price, at our discretion. No-shows (where our team arrives and cannot access the property) may be charged the full quoted price.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, you must notify Magic Fresh within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
The 24-hour guarantee is our maximum liability for dissatisfaction with cleaning quality and is provided in lieu of any refund.
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time. If you provide a key, access code, or authorize entry, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Magic Fresh is not responsible for any issues arising from access arrangements made by the customer.
Our team takes great care while cleaning your property. However, if you believe our team has damaged your property:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Overdue balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge and collection costs.
You agree to disclose any known hazards, biohazards, infestations (insects, rodents, mold, etc.), or health risks present at the property before the scheduled service. Magic Fresh reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our team, without penalty. In such cases, a service call fee may apply.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAGIC FRESH CLEANING, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MAGIC FRESH IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magic Fresh Cleaning and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your misrepresentation of property conditions; or (d) any third-party claims arising from access you granted to our team.
You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or employ any Magic Fresh cleaning professional introduced to you through our services for a period of 12 months after their last service at your property. Violation of this clause may result in a referral fee of $1,500 payable to Magic Fresh.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at (708) 378-7367. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Magic Fresh Cleaning with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Magic Fresh reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
